Pet care for exotic animals is highly specialized and key to their wellbeing. Each animal in our care receives appropriate care and husbandry, a nutritious, species-appropriate diet, and necessary veterinary care. We spay and neuter all rabbits, rats, and guinea pigs, and neuter all male mice, gerbils, chinchillas, and sugar gliders. Animals receive wellness exams as needed, parasite prevention, and medical care for any injury or illness. We have also put together care guides for appropriate husbandry at home. These one sheet pet care guides are designed to provide basic information on the species in our rescue.
